Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about sourcing the best of Bali's harvest.
How do you ensure the freshness of the produce?
We work directly with local Balinese farmers to harvest products only after your order is placed. Our temperature-controlled supply chain ensures that fruits and vegetables reach your doorstep within 24 hours of being picked.
What are your delivery areas and schedules?
Currently, we deliver across Denpasar, Badung, and Gianyar. Orders placed before 8:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM to ensure you get the freshest morning stock.
Are the products organic?
Many of our partner farms utilize organic practices. While not all items are certified organic, we prioritize 'Petani Muda' (Young Farmers) who use sustainable, pesticide-free methods. Specific organic certifications are noted on individual product pages.
What is your policy for damaged or spoiled items?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged or does not meet quality standards, please send a photo to our WhatsApp support within 6 hours of delivery for a full refund or immediate replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Indonesian payment methods including GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay, and bank transfers via virtual accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI).
Is there a minimum order requirement?
To support our logistics and maintain fair pricing for our farmers, we have a minimum order value of IDR 100,000. Free delivery is available for orders exceeding IDR 250,000.
